Le Moulin De Salazar is owned and run by Paulette and Bernard Gris. Bernard is originally from Toulouse, and worked for many years in the UK for Land Rover before returning to native France.

Paulette is English and after serving many years in marketing and event management she decided it was time for a career move and she and Bernard bought Salazar.
ThinkTank works because Salazar provides a conducive environment and is run by people who understand how the business and creative mind operate.
